Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you
are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what
we can to make it right.
If your rosary or chaplet ever comes apart, I will reapair it free of charge. You are responsible,
however, for the cost of postage for both trips and any missing parts. Rosaries with missing parts will not
be refunded.
I am unable to refund your money under three conditions:
i. the rosary/chaplet was customized
ii. special parts were bought for that
rosary/chaplet
iii. if the rosary/chaplet is not returned within
10 days, or an e-mail
was not
sent to notify the return of the item
Under all other reasonable circumstances, I will refund your the full value, or replace your rosary/chaplet.
I will cover the postage only if the refund was made due to the way the item was made (my fault).
You are responsible for all other costs as a result of the refund (namely the shipping for both trips).
